I Am Lost Without Her.

Question

I can't get over the lost of my
soul mate. We planned this year only
for her to develop an ailment that wasn't
suppose to be life threatening but sadly
the ailment claimed her life.

She was only 25 and am now 31. She treated me
like a king and worshiped the earth i walked on.
I really love her so much.

Its been seven months since she passed away, have
been advised by many people to move on.
But i keep on picturing her as she was been lower
to the grave and this gives me nightmare.

One of the most painful events that we have to deal
with in life is the death of loved ones. Although
it seems almost unbearable in the beginning, people
can and do get through it. It just takes time .
some people recovers in months for others it takes
years. Frequently, grief progresses through various
stages.

Allow your emotions to surface and share them if you
feel that's the right thing to do.
It is essential to grief in a way that feels right to
you. Eventually, you will come to the conclusion that
you need to move on and begin to live your life again.

Eat regularly and take a little bit of exercise and,
no matter how difficult, look after yourself.
If you find yourself having suicidal thoughts or
feelings of point-lessness that goes on for
days, talk to your doctor. You will be offered
advise, support and counseling.
